Will Torres owner, personal trainer

There are a lot of players in the fitness world, but only a select few have a reputation for a golden touch. With over 15 years of experience helping clients shed extra layers and reshape their bodies, Will Torres is one of the most sought out trainers in the game.

In 2005 Will moved to NYC to start willspace, a boutique personal training studio. His dream was to develop a space where clients can go to push, pull, reach, sweat and discover the will to transform their bodies. He’s spent the last seven years refining his strategies to establish willspace as NYC’s premier personal training studio for clients who demand an unparalleled fitness experience. A testament to his work ethic and drive, Will recently celebrated the 7th Anniversary of willspace with a brand new high-caliber training space and a dream team of trainers.

Liz DiAlto, CSCS personal trainer, nutrition coach

Motivated to get her fit, athletic body back after gaining 15 pounds and an extra 10% of body fat post-college, Liz left corporate America to become a personal trainer.

Liz is an expert motivator with a sharp focus on deep lasting results for her clients. Her super power is making good habits and hard work enjoyable for people so they stick to their programs and always reach their goals. She’s studied Exercise Science at George Washington University, holds one of the most prestigious certifications in the industry through the NSCA, is certified through Metabolic Effect in Group Exercise and Nutrition and is currently pursuing education in Pre and Post Natal exercise.

Mike Bell, nasm personal trainer

An athlete and avid exercise enthusiast for the last 10 years, Mike became a personal trainer to help people create the changes they desire for their bodies. He studied Exercise Physiology and Nutrition at Queens College and is certified through NASM, ACE and Kettlebell Concepts. He’s highly skilled in creating routines to correct muscle imbalances and restore the body to its natural state and always researching ways to deliver the best results possible for his clients.

Erin Stutland comes with 20 years of dance experience and 5 years of group fitness experience from one of the most prestigious gyms in the country.
