

An athlete and avid exercise enthusiast for the last 10 years, Mike became a personal trainer to help people create the changes they desire for their bodies. He studied Exercise Physiology and Nutrition at Queens College and is certified through NASM, ACE and Kettlebell Concepts. He’s highly skilled in creating routines to correct muscle imbalances and restore the body to its natural state and always researching ways to deliver the best results possible for his clients.
