We are a movement-based gym. We combine different aspects of sports disciplines to give you the most immersive workout experience.

Yes! Many clients who weight training with us or on their own come in for our classes or personal training and say that it compliments their training very well.

Our teachers are also practitioners within the movement approach, and we research together weekly. In some gyms, if you ask five different trainers how to get results, you will get five completely different approaches. At Willspace, you will get the same answers from each of our teachers.

Our most successful clients come anywhere between 2-4 times a week. For you, it would depend on how soon you’d want to see results.

Our program is specifically based on making the knees, hips, shoulders, and back stronger and more mobile than ever. The posture and joint strength is actually the first thing that we address in our workouts.

When you come in for your first class you can expect to be just a little confused. As I said our approach is a bit different but as you learn the little bits and pieces of the movement, it will all come together and make sense. Come in with an open mind and be prepared to be barefoot.
