Please email our Client Experience team at itrain@willspace.com. The request for the switch must be made 30 days before the next billing period.
membership freeze
You may request one at minimum 30 consecutive-day complimentary freeze once per calendar year.
If you require a more extended freeze for medical reasons/injury, please submit the form, and a member of our team will be in touch within seven business days with the next steps.
membership cancellation
To cancel your membership, you'll need to submit a request with a notice 30 days prior to your next billing cycle. Our Client Experience team will reach out to you within seven business days to confirm the cancellation. Keep an eye out for an email from itrain@willspace.com.
