Come dressed comfortably in workout clothes, ready for a dynamic and engaging experience. We'll be exploring various training methods throughout the entire session, ensuring a comprehensive introduction to our approach. Our team will work with you to identify any missing links in your body’s movement and strength, helping you address these areas effectively. By the end of the session, you'll have a clear understanding of how to get started in the best way possible, tailored specifically to your needs and goals.

For the best results, we recommend a combination of private and group classes. We recommend no fewer than two hours of practice per week with an intention of practicing three to six hours each week.
